Back for good...
Hey guys! How are you?
I haven't followed the Dukan Diet for about 10 weeks now... Shame on me...
But the new job really drove me crazy and I longed for carbs esp. chocolate and sweets. Facing a lot of new stuff to be mearned my brain just said: I need carbs or I will hurt!
It was no good idea to start a diet and a new job in parallel...
As tommorrow ist September 1st I will restart my programme!
So from tommorrow on I will post regularly how everything is going on.
I'm excited if I can manage it this time.
In fact I felt really comfortable with the diet and it was really just because of the new job that my body showed me that it needed fast sugars for my brain to learn all the new stuff.
